When using Cadonex, you agree to:

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use
• Respect trademarks, logos, and branding of other companies
• Not reproduce copyrighted materials without authorization
• Properly attribute content when required
• Not scrape or copy content from our platform without permission

If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or specific location on our platform
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted materials.

All content on Cadonex, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Cadonex or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
