5.3 Pricing: Free listings are available. Premium features (Cadonex Marketing) are subject to separate agreements and fees.

5.4 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, or sales from listings.

6.1 Platform IP: The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Cadonex and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6.2 Trademarks: "Cadonex" and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

6.3 DMCA: We respect intellectual property rights. To report infringement, contact us with details of the alleged violation.

7.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
